Fantastic company! We had 4 different companies provide quotes on replacing our bedroom window. Kingfisher were reasonable on price, but it was their service that stood out from the others. Claire in the office is friendly and efficient and kept us updated on the progress of the work in terms of booking the job in etc. The week before the work was due she called to confirm the date and again the day before. We were told the workmen would be with us at 12pm and they arrived dead on 12! The two workmen were friendly, tidy and extremely efficient. Plastic sheeting was laid down to protect our hallway and bedroom carpets (which I was extremely relieved about as the hallway carpet is brand new). The work area was cleaned and hoovered up by them afterwards and other than the new window itself you couldn't tell that workmen had been in. I cannot recommend this company enough and will definitely be using them again in the future. Well done and thank you Kingfisher - top marks!!

Kingfisher were great! We had quotes from lots of other companies, Coral, Anglian and other smaller ones and nobody matched the service Kingfisher provided. The others went straight in with the hard sell and the classic you must buy now for discount tactic with constant follow up calls whereas Kingfisher just left us to make up our own mind. As for the work they did it was perfect. We live in a particularly old house and there were some difficulties but they left the house clean and tidy and did a brilliant job on the fitting including matching the wood around the outside with what we previously had. There were some problems after one of the workmen accidentally damaged something in our bathroom but the issues were resolved quickly and professionally. If you're weighing up between these and another company, my advice would be to go with Kingfisher!

What a company. It's very rare that you come across a company that exceeds your expectations and delivers amazing service, but this is exactly what Kingfisher did. We had timber windows and a very large aluminum framed glass sliding door installed by Kingfisher about 2.5 years ago. Recently, one of four panes of glass in the sliding door shattered into millions of tiny pieces, spontaneously one night, when thankfully, no one was in the room. We found out later that it was ` very rare occurrence caused by a metal inclusion in the glass which was due to the manufacturing process (i.e. nothing to do with Kingfisher, but the liability of their glass manufacturer). With three small children, I was very worried that if the glass came from a faulty batch, that the same thing could happen in the future to one of the other panes of glass. I was keen to get all panes removed and replaced. The owner of the company, Paul, personally dealt with our case. He told me that with grandchildren himself, he could totally understand my fear and that he would take our case up with the glass manufacturer (as glass breakages are not covered by the warranty). When the manufacturer confirmed that they would only replace the broken pane, Paul put his hand in his own pocket and replaced all of the other panes, on behalf of Kingfisher, with extra toughened glass. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and even turned up on site when the replacement installation went ahead, to make sure that things went smoothly. I am truly impressed with Kingfisher - despite its size, the company is not some faceless organisation but is friendly, helpful and has real personality which clearly comes from the very top. The emphasis on customer service is extraordinary in this day and age of e-commerce. It was an exceptional experience. I really would highly recommend Kingfisher. We will certainly use them again if we ever need to. Thanks very, very much Paul and co!

Called into the showroom, spoke at length to the very nice sales person who informed us that we would get a telephone call later that day with regards new windows, doors + bi fold doors. Guess what, No call :-( ....week later still no call We called them and again was promised a call regarding the above and guess what..... yep you guessed it, NO CALL AGAIN....week later still no call. Well we cant review the products but we can tell you that the sales side is rubbish. We need complete new windows, doors etc. and have made three attempts at getting Kingfisher to quote us but i guess they don't need the money. In a way I'm glad they never got back to us because if this is an example of what they are like to deal with when I'm trying to give them money, then i dredd to think what the'd be like if we'd had an installation problem. My advice would be to steer clear of Kingfisher Windows, there are many good window company's out there who won't waste your time like they have ours. The content of this review is an accurate description of our experience of dealing with Kingfisher Windows.

Hello David, We're very sorry to hear this. We always aim to book appointments there and then with anyone who decides they'd like to go ahead when they visit our showroom. We record a note of all telephone conversation and unfortunately we don't have any record of any communication with you. We can assure you that this is not typical of how we do business and would like to apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused.

Having just had the installation of my new doors and windows completed, I would like to take this opportunity to say how pleased I am with the final outcome. I initially had an appointment with Mike, whose knowledge and professionalism impressed me from the outset. This continued when I realised that I was not under any pressure to make a quick decision. In fact I was told to think about it, and if I had any queries, to ring him for further information. I did think about it, but not for long. Once the decision was made and an arrangement was made for the fitting of the doors and windows, Claire kept me up to date with when to expect the installers, and also kept me in the frame throughout. When she said she would ring me, she did just that. How refreshing! The two installers, Chris and colleague were also superb. They were quick, and ensured we understood how to use the keys, and told us where we could get further keys online very cheaply. They also ensured there was minimum mess. Finally the finished product. Absolutely perfect. The quality is top notch, and looks beautiful. I still love opening and shutting the new doors, and I feel so safe. So many people have admired them, and I have no hesitation in pointing them in your direction. Thank you Kingfisher

hello, would you like to advertise free on 4 of my sites in return for commision on the clicked sales from the ads ? we're seeing 100k+ pageviews a month altogether and my followers etc are going onto 15k so the sales should be there hopefully. I use to do door to door for a window company years ago so i'll be doing some online posting myself to boost my sales, would this be something you'd be interested in ? if you look on my timeline you'll see my sites, we're new to all this but things have picked up pretty quick. hope you get this message ... thank you for reading.
