I've been impressed with these guys following on from the completion of a conservatory at our home. They were friendly, courteous and did a very professional job for a good price. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service from start to finish. We recently renovated a bungalow and Kingfisher Windows replaced all the uPVC windows, composite door, internal sliding door and brand new conservatory. I chose Kingfisher because of the positive experience I had with them at our old property, where they fitted excellent quality sash-style windows in our Victorian terrace. The sales person was very good, not at all pushy and he kept us well informed prior to installation. The fitters were efficient, tidy and respectful of our property. I felt in very safe hands and have already recommended them to a colleague and a neighbour.

Called into the showroom, spoke at length to the very nice sales person who informed us that we would get a telephone call later that day with regards new windows, doors + bi fold doors. Guess what, No call :-( ....week later still no call We called them and again was promised a call regarding the above and guess what..... yep you guessed it, NO CALL AGAIN....week later still no call. Well we cant review the products but we can tell you that the sales side is rubbish. We need complete new windows, doors etc. and have made three attempts at getting Kingfisher to quote us but i guess they don't need the money. In a way I'm glad they never got back to us because if this is an example of what they are like to deal with when I'm trying to give them money, then i dredd to think what the'd be like if we'd had an installation problem. My advice would be to steer clear of Kingfisher Windows, there are many good window company's out there who won't waste your time like they have ours. The content of this review is an accurate description of our experience of dealing with Kingfisher Windows.

Hello David, We're very sorry to hear this. We always aim to book appointments there and then with anyone who decides they'd like to go ahead when they visit our showroom. We record a note of all telephone conversation and unfortunately we don't have any record of any communication with you. We can assure you that this is not typical of how we do business and would like to apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused.

Excellent! From first getting in touch to completion of the double glazing (windows and conservatory) we were pleased with everything. We were always dealt with in a prompt and polite manner and the workmen were careful and considerate. Would recommend to anyone.

DECC is working closely with councils up and down the land to support their work on Green Deal. In late 2012 £13m was awarded to eight cities to trial aspects of the Green Deal ahead of the full Green Deal framework being in place.
