It's official! I finally got my real estate license in Arizona. We moved to Tucson in August 2017. I'm working for Long Realty Company. They are a BHHS affiliate. Now, I can start opening doors for people, once again. I have missed real estate and have been living vicariously through my HomeSmarties back in Oregon. If you know of anyone wanting to buy or sell in Tucson, Arizona, please send them my way. You know I'll take good care of them. Call/text 520-918-7483

Just listed and already have an offer. Better move quick on this one if you're interested.

The low mortgages rates are mind-blowing! Just 6 years ago rates were over 6%. Rates are holding steady below 4%. Take advantage of this now before they start climbing!

There are loan programs that allow you to put as little as 3% down (or 0% with VA and USDA loans), but has anyone shared with you about closing costs? Click below to find out more.

As you can see from the maps below, Oregon has a very high buyer traffic and very weak Seller traffic. This is part of what's attributing to the value of homes increasing in Oregon.

Things are looking good for home values to continue to rise. If you've been thinking about selling, don't let this opportunity pass you by. Start planning now by contacting me so I can help you get the best price for your home. Using a Realtor and getting your home in the MLS, will get more potential buyers to see your home and possibly get you multiple offers to drive your sale price up.

A little real estate humor, but not really. I am in the business of making sure my clients come first and foremost about all else.

Fall is a great time to buy a home. Not as many buyers to compete against and interest rates are still low.
