A recipe #vegan Caribbean Quinoa Bowl from The PlantPureNation Cookbook on the blog.
Twelve years ago I transitioned from a vegetarian diet to a purely plant-based diet (a vegan diet). I did this for my son, who was allergic to dairy and eggs, but I continue to follow a vegan diet for myself. My experience with going vegan included an increase in good health.
