With the rise of the Internet and designers’ increasing savvy to opportunities for licensing and information products, the phrase passive income has created a new sense of urgency. Everybody wants to start earning some, now.http://mebydesign.com/passive-income-now/

Raise your hand if you're a woman leading her business and her life.- http://mebydesign.com/leadership-in-interior-design/ #MakeItHappen #IWD2015
How lucky are we to be women in the United States with the freedom to run our businesses and serve our families and communities in the way we choose?

I was at a dinner party last night and we were talking about one of the buzz words of 2014: introvert. Suddenly it’s hip to be quiet. But I already knew that because I’m an introvert and many of my clients are too. In fact, I know many, many creative people who are. It’s a powerful place to stake your claim and lead. I’ve got Susan Cain’s book on my reading list for 2015 but I totally agree with two things she’s said.  First quiet leadership is not an oxymoron and next, one genuine relationship is worth a fist full of business cards.

Thanks for sharing! I will have to add that to my book list.  Another good quick read about introverts and sales was by +Xerox's Real Business: http://www.realbusiness.com/2014/07/customer-connection/why-introverts-have-an-advantage-in-modern-sales/
