We have heard from members in our community that many are having trouble filling prescriptions for three of the four types of epinephrine auto-injectors. This is due to possible shortages at pharmacies. Kids With Food Allergies has confirmed there is no shortage of the drug epinephrine. The shortages at the pharmacies are due to other reasons. Learn what your options are if you are having trouble filling your prescription.

May is National Asthma and Allergy Awareness Month and Food Allergy Awareness Week begins on Sunday, May 13. Parents of kids with food allergies are keenly aware of food allergies every day! All through the month of May, we will focus on educating others about the challenges of managing food allergies and why we ask for the accommodations we do.
