Tired of asking, "Did you brush your teeth?"
Encouraging your kids to brush is easier when there is a regular, nightly routine that follows the same patterns and general time every night.
Younger children may even benefit from a reward chart!

-Bananas are packed with vitamins, minerals and potassium - all great for a healthy mouth!
-Watermelon is full of gum supporting Vitamin C.

While every child is different, most kids don't have the motor skills to brush without help until at least age 8. Young children lack the motor skills necessary to adequately clean their own teeth. We encourage parents to supervise and help children make certain that every surface of each tooth is clean.
