This looks like an interesting concept, a free university offering associate and bachelor degrees in business administration or computer science. The fees they charge at present are for enrollment and are less than $50 in most cases.

Supported by the United Nations, Yale, NYU, HP, and Ashoka it looks to me like a pretty decent attempt at building an online campus that I think might be especially useful for people in lower socio-economic status or developing nations. Would love to see more of this type of education institute being formed.
