Windows Phone (perhaps with a new name) should be on the Surface RT, not a "desktop" platform IMO. This competes with other Windows laptops more than it does against an iPad and that's why the usability issues are there.

I think the opposite ... There should not be any 'Phone' version of Windows. Windows RT itself could run on the phone (with some telephony functionality added on top of that).
