Miss the announcement last night?

June 27th would have been my fathers 77th birthday. 37 months after my last book was released - books 4, 5, 6 and 7 are coming tomorrow!

No one wants to change. Change is hard. But change is the only constant, and today the rate of change is faster than ever.

To surf on top of the tsunami of change, rather than get crushed by it, your mindset is your most critical asset.

Every system of life is circumambulating these four questions which are built into the human experience:

1. How do we face change?
2. How do we move through suffering?
3. How do we accept joy?
4. How do we mature and serve?

A fitting end to an incredible 50 days of learning and growth...

In order to find clarity - harvest the past.

“Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn’t learn a lot at least we learned a little, and if we didn’t learn a little, at least we didn’t get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn’t die; so, let us all be thankful.”

#50daysofbuddha

Buddha lived between the sixth and fourth centuries BC. After many years spent in deep meditation, he realized that attachment and desiring lead to unhappiness.

He believed that enlightenment, or “Nirvana“, was achieved when one’s mind is compassionate, free of attachment and focused on the present moment.
