Just more political posing by our 2nd most liberal (Barbara Boxer is far and away the worst), Senator in California, Dianne Feinstein. Our public utilities (water and power primarily) don't need money, they need for the State and Federal Government to get out of the way so that new dams, reservoirs, desalination plants, and infrastructure can be built. The biggest threat to water security in this State is the Elected Officials, Bureaucrats, the California Coastal Commission, and these supposed "environmentalist" groups (Coastekeepers, Waterkeepers, Sierra Club, Surfrider Foundation, etc.) that us the California Environmental Quality Act like a legal sledgehammer to defer, delay, or deny any new water project. When will the people of this State wake up to the fact that Government control over the water supply means that the Government can control EVERY aspect of your life. Quality of life declines dramatically every time the Government gets involved. ‪#‎WakeUpAmerica‬ ‪#‎WakeUpCalifornia‬

So lets take on really bad idea (Cap and Trade) and use it to fund an even worse idea (California High Speed Rail). Cap and Trade has been shown to do more harm to the environment than good (plus it inhibits economic activity) and no one wants or needs CHASR except Te Great Obamus and his lackey, Guv Moonbeam. I think it's time for a major political shakeup in CA. We need people who can actually THINK in Sacramento. ‪#‎WakeUpAmerica‬ ‪#‎WakeUpCalifornia‬
Bills being introduced that monitor or change terms for the state’s high-speed rail project are a rarity. However, there are two bills brewing in the Legislature. One has a shot at passing. The other doesn’t. Senate Bill 400 would require the California High-Speed Rail Authority to use at least 25 percent of its cap-and-trade funds …

Just another thought for my liberal, progressive democrat friends who are so completely outraged over the Confederate Battle Flag.  Since 1973, Planned Parenthood's leadership has selectively targeted black and latino neighborhoods and communities under the guise of "a woman's right to choose" in order to eliminate "unfit peoples" from the face of the earth.  To date, Planned Parenthood has murdered over 13 million black babies. This is over 20 times more than the total of all civilian and military casualties inflicted by the "racist" Confederate Army during the Civil War.  Isn't it time for Planned Parenthood to be called out for what they are (racist, homophobic, anti-Semitic, nazi-sympathizing, murderers), then defunded and shut down.  #WakeUpAmerica #WakeupCalifornia #OUTRAGE

Following up on an article posted by Tamara Kozma about the founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger, and Sanger's solid beliefs in racism, eugenics, and the need to eliminate all "unfit people" (including Jews) from the face of the earth. It appears that not much has changed in nearly 100 years.  Sanger's legacy is still one of genocide, murder, forced sterilization, and trafficking in human body parts.  The thought that Hillary Clinton has publicly praised Margaret Sanger and Planned Parenthood should terrify every woman (regardless of race) in the United States #WakeUpAmerica #WakeUpCalifornia.
Say what you want about the tenets of National Socialism, dude—at least it’s an ethos. Planned Parenthood’s just in it for the money.

Some photos of our trip to Manzanillo.  I am amazed at the beauty of this place.  Crystal clear water, a harbor with tremendous economic activity, and people who truly know how to live La Buena Vida.  I'm already planning my next trip to spend more time with the people of Mexico.

This volcano is right near the road that we traveled last week between Guadalajara and Manzanillo. There was absolutely no indication that it was set to erupt.  While the number of people living in the area is relatively small, the environmental potential harm to the air and soil in the surrounding countryside of Colima and Jalisco could be widespread.  http://www.inquisitr.com/2248576/volcano-of-fire-erupts-spewing-ash-four-miles-into-air-prompting-evacuation-in-mexico/
A volcano of fire erupted, spewing ash four miles into the air in Colima, Western Mexico on Saturday, July 11. The “Volcano of Fire,” or the Colima Volcano as

I consider myself an environmentalist because I am concerned about the REAL causes of environmental damage and the potential effect on human lives. However, when I am shown blatant, and obvious lies about "climate change" I get seriously pissed off. Here is the latest lie about climate change that can be debunked in about 30 seconds if you are willing to do the research and the math. http://www.businessinsider.com/us-earths-ice-melted-animate….

Currently, the earth is covered by approximately 129,444,000 square miles of ocean (http://www.eoearth.org/view/article/154984/). To look at things another way, the total amount of water on planet earth is approximately 332,500,000 cubic miles, of which, total freshwater (including all of the water contained in the polar ice caps) is approximately 5,773,000 cubic miles, or about 1.7% of all the water on the planet (http://water.usgs.gov/edu/watercycleice.html).

So, if ALL the ice and snow on the entire planet melted, the oceans may rise approximately 230 feet. HOWEVER, this has never happened n the history of the planet. During the last major warming period (approximately 125,000 years ago) the seas were about 18 feet (not 230 feet) higher than they are today, and you have to go back 3 million years to find evidence that the oceans were approximately 165 feet higher than they are today. However, even according to NOAA, this level of increase has never been seen in geologic history and would require an unprecedented rise in global temperature and carbon dioxide levels (http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/paleo/ctl/cliscibeyond.html) that would exceed levels measured during the Cretaceous Period. During this time, the earth was 20-40 degrees Celsius (36-72 degrees Fahrenheit) warmer than it is today. According to the U.S. EPA, the temperature of the planet (if we do NOTHING), is expected to rise 2-11 degrees Fahrenheit by 2100 (http://www.epa.gov/climatechange/science/future.html) assuming that the climate change models are correct and assuming that global carbon emissions continue to rise at the projected rates. Even NOAA's worst case scenario predicts ocean level rise of only 1-2 feet by 2100.

So what is the bottom line? Liberal/Socialist/Progressives are lying to you and me. Global Warming is a fact, but anthropogenic (human caused) global warming is still very much in debate. Even if humans are the cause, the people of the USA can't do anything about China, Russia, India, or any other nation moving into toward industrialization. We (the people of the USA) need to treat sea level rise like any other natural disaster. Be ready, be prepared, and have a plan of action. However, we need to DEMAND that the Government (Federal and State) stop lying to all of us.

Just in case you missed this article (and I know most of you did). Margaret Sanger (The Founder of Planned Parenthood) was a Pro-Nazi, anti-Semitic, Racist who wanted to believed in forced sterilization, and wanted to eliminate all of the "unfit races" and "unfit peoples" from the face of the earth. Don't believe me? Read Sanger's own words in the attached article, then (if you happen to be a Hillary Clinton supporter) reexamine your support for a presidential candidate who has openly praised both Margaret Sanger and Planned parenthood. Every woman in America should be terrified of the potential consequences of the combination of President Hillary, Obamacare, and Planned Parenthood. ‪#WakeUpAmerica    #WakeUpCalifornia
Led by a mainstream media in full-emotional racial-blackmail mode, we just had a national debate about the Confederate Flag. With the news that Planned Parenthood is trafficking in dead baby parts — news our mainstream media is almost certain to

This is the face of STUPID in America. I have no idea what goes through the minds of some of our students and young people.  This insane fascination with communism, Marxism, socialism, and social justice.  I always enjoy watching them realize that the utopian fantasy of a communist society caused more heartache, death, starvation, and human suffering than all of the wars combined.  Learning and understanding the "tragedy of the commons" should be a required part of every grade school, high school, and college education.  Our young people need to know the truth about communist societies and the reality of DYStopia (equal suffering) under such political and economic structures. #WakeUpAmerica #WakeUpCalifornia

Last week, we had the pleasure of spending time (both business and pleasure) with our good friends in Guadalajara and Manzanillo.  Here is a video of Manzanillo Harbor from the pool deck of the condominium where we stayed for a long, relaxing weekend.  Tengo mucho amor por la gente de Guadalajara, Colima, y Manzanillo.
