Our garage door was having issues for quite awhile. In fact, Rich from Allan Garage Door came out a couple of years ago to repair the door after having some damage done due to freezing to the ground. It finally got to the point that we needed to "assist" the door in order for it to close. I had enough. I called Rich on a Friday afternoon and asked him how much to replace the door (with an insulated door) and how long it would take to get it installed. Rich came out on Saturday to measure the door and show us samples (color). He showed up on Tuesday, right on time. He removed the old door, spring and tracks (everything was replaced except for the opener). Everything was done in under 4 hours as promised. The new door is great! Nice and quiet. I can't say enough about Rich and Allan Garage Door. Whether you only need a repair or need a new door- call Rich!

We had our refrigerator stop cooling. I looked at GE's website for a service call and it would have been 4 days to get a repair. I called J&J and John scheduled it for that day! They showed up on time (with only an hour window of time instead of the usual 4!) and, after diagnosing the problem (and defrosting the freezer), had it repaired in less than 2 hours. No bs, no run around. Just good old fashion service.

Scheduled our 10,000 mile service. Showed up a few minutes late, no problem. even though they were busy, they didn't make an issue of it and said I could wait, which I did. It only took about an hour, with a car wash. Would recommend.

Carly is the best Insurance Agent someone could ask for. If I ever have a question, and at least 2-3 times a year I do, I can always reach her. She goes out of her way to help in any way possible, even if it means passing up business because it is the right thing to do. When I switched my policies over to her, I fully intended on switching my life insurance also. After reviewing my policy, Carly recommended that I keep my current policy (due to unique situation) because they (Allstate), would be more expensive. When was the last time someone did something because it was right for you and not them? Whenever Carly recommends some type of change to my insurance, I know that she is doing it because it is the right thing to do, and I do it without question. Do yourself a favor. If you are looking for an Insurance Agent that cares, Call Carly. Oh yeah, if you talk to Julia or Craig, they are great part of Carly's team and have the same attitude that Carly does.

I was surprised at the bad reviews. I had a great experience. Everything from the x-rays to having the crowns put on. At every step of the way everyone was very nice and aware of any discomfort. I would recommend to family and friends.

Stay away. Their customer service is horrible. After 2 years in good standing, I paid an invoice late and they hit me with an outrageous late charge. My inquiries about it went unanswered by corporate. I contacted the local office manage, Liz, and this was her response: "Late Payment penalties have not been waived and they have denied my request since payment for your invoice 303-8216 has still not been received. I have also been advised to suspend services for non-payment." Interesting, they suspended my services for non payment but wouldn't answer my inquiries so I could pay my invoice. Horrible. It would be wrong for me to not mention Kristina and Lauren. They have great attitudes and always provide great service. I don't know why they work for a horrible company.

HSBC Bank and Orchard Bank sucks. I made an overpayment on my credit card and they are holding the funds for 8 business days. I spoke with Amid (employee #G22591) and he said that because I overpaid the account, it put a red flag on the account so they are suspicous of the payment. REALLY?! HSBC has my money, and I can't use it?? You suck! Kevin Hanneman
