Have you ever had a bad experience shopping online? Was the problem due to extra charges? Poor shipping?
Best Buy just hosed me, so I wanted to see if someone else has had a similar situation and what (if anything) you did to resolve it.
The jist: I ordered 20 USBs from Best Buy. When the package arrived, it was short three USBs. I got in touch with customer service, and after a three-week "warehouse investigation", they offered me a refund of my original purchase price for the three missing USBs. The problem, is that they have now increased the price of these USBs, and in order to replace the three missing USBs (that are missing because of something Best Buy screwed up in their warehouse), I now have to shell out extra money.
Is the three-unit refund a fair resolution? Should Best Buy have replaced the missing units? What are your thoughts?
