My DS1302 clock module only show me odd seconds, that is 1, 3, 5,.7....no matter how fast/slow Arduino mini pro reads from the clock module.(with delay command). I never see even seconds showing on my LCD display. Has anyone encountered this situation before?

- Sorry, I can't help you with that. I don't use Arduino runtime and I write code in C, not C++ :(
I'm sure someone else here will be much more helpful.Apr 2, 2015
- simply look for "arduino time library"
I use an arduino-like device called a teensy. here is their library:
not sure if it will work on all devicesApr 3, 2015

- Hi all,
My issue of showing only odd seconds on LCD module is finally gone! Thanks for all suggestion given! Currently, I am able to update time from DS1302 clock module every 24hr as well as showing every seconds on the LCD display module. I will post what I've done to share with every one here!
Here is the link to my experiment, if you were interested!
