If a user comes from an email campaign or other attributable source to their web browser, where they will get a client-side ga cookie ID; if they eventually register and gets a defined-by-my-server CID value, then uses their registered product/service on ANOTHER browser or app, will GA still be able to make an attribution connection between the actions on that second client all the way back to the original source? Does GA tie the CID and original browser-cookie ID together by itself?
