I bought my scion xd in missouri and was misled about the oil changes with my service contract. Anyhow I ended up at this location for my first oil change and they me a very nice discount/coupon for the trouble very nice of them and their waiting area is excellent all kinds of amenities for free. Good guys.

I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE BUY ANOTHER CAR FROMTHEM AGAIN. I HAVE WET TO KERRY TOYOTA 3 TIMES IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS TO SAY THAT I WAS APPROVED AND THEN THEY RUN MY CREDIT AND TELL ME I AM NOT APPROVED THIS TIME WAS THE LAST DRAW THEY TELL ME ON 6-30-15 I AM APPROVED COME PICK THE VAN UP DRIVE IT FOR 4 DAYS AND NOW THEY WANT THE VAN BACK.... HA!!!! I MAY NOT HAVE THE BEST CREDIT OR A LOT OF MONEY TO PUT DOWN ON A CAR BUT I EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE... KERRY TOYOTA HAS LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER... AND EVEN THOUGH IT MAY NOT REFLECT NEGATIVLEY WITH KERRY TOYOTA IT SATISFYS ME.... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND VERY RUDE!!!! DO NOT CONTACT ME EMAIL ME ANYTHING I WILL NOT RESPOND YOU HAVE LOST ME FOREVER!!!!!!

During the negotiations of a Tacoma I was asked for a reasonable bid, which I gave and signed off on. Immediately my price was challenged (as expected) but so was my payment method. I made it clear (very clear) that I wanted to use my own bank and finance through them, not Kerry Toyota. The Manager/Agent kept badgering me with the financing Kerry could provide. I stated repeatedly that I wanted to double check the value of the truck with my bank the following day (visit was around 5 p.m.) but this did not sit well with the Manager/Agent as he continued to badger me with figures I did not care about (Kerry's estimated value and financing terms). Why are these tactics necessary? Let me leave if you don't like my off. So much time was wasted arguing over who could provide me the "better" interest rate (his quote was significantly higher than what my bank would give me on an even older truck). I am the one buying the truck, I am the one making the monthly payments, I am the one giving a down payment, I am the one taking the huge gamble on an older truck with high miles. I realize dealers make higher margins with internal financing and a cash down payment, but honestly I don't care. I am solely interested in purchasing the vehicle at a price that works for me (sorry if it's cruel but it's reality). If my price did not work then I should have been told right away and I would have walked away without wasting almost 2 hours arguing. I may be young, but I'm not stupid. Don't badger and attempt to con a customer who wants to use external financing. And never refer to negotiations as "adult conversations." If I was as stupid as he thought I was, then I would bough the truck on his terms.

I went to Kerry Toyota to test drive a used 2011 prius and loved it so much but I honestly wasn't planning on buying anything. Dale was excellent and not pushy like other car salesmen and offered to look over the numbers. They worked with me on my trade in and got the payments down to something I could afford. I love my new car and am so glad I bought it from Kerry Toyota.

I have always hated going to car dealerships. I realize that sales people are just trying to make a living but I hate being pressured. When I contacted Kerry Toyota thru Internet Sales I was so amazed with Lydia Snowball. I told her what I wanted and what I could spend but didn't expect her to be able to help me. Boy was I surprised when she called and asked me what color I liked best!! Not only was she able to take care of my needs but she was so nice while being totally professional. Next I got to work with salesman Justin Miley. He knew I was pressed for time and did his best to speed up the buying process but also was thorough in explaining things to me. I was so impressed with him. He was just as nice and helpful the next day when I went to pick up my car. Justin and Lydia are both truly assets to Kerry Toyota. If you're looking for a vehicle, stop and see them. You won't be sorry!!

Bought a Toyota Tacoma at Kerry.I needed to get a deal done quick and wasnt sure if I could even do it.I loved the truck and started on the deal.Real quick and the salesman Steve Eldridge really came through for me.I would recommend Kerry.I bought two vehicles from Kerry Hyundai and now one from Kerry Toyota.I am a satisfied customer and I would recommend Steve Eldridge as your get-it-done guy.

CAN YOU SAY RIP-OFF? Sure… I knew you could. I own a 1996 Toyota Camry and recently my ignition locked-up. My auto repair shop recommended I try a Toyota dealer where I could get a factory key made off the VIN number, and pay $10 instead of $200 for a tow and a new ignition. I went to the Kerry Toyota Service Center on Hopeful Church Road. I spoke to an older bearded man at the Service Desk. I thought it weird that the Service Desk was enclosed like a bank-teller window at a drive-through, but I put those thoughts aside and explained my situation. I showed the older man the two keys I have for the Toyota; one for the doors, and one for the ignition. He looked at both keys carefully while I explained that the door key worked fine, but the ignition key would not turn the ignition anymore. I gave him all of my information (license and registration, title and proof of insurance). He used the VIN number to cut a key for the ignition. 45 minutes later and $10.59 lighter I was out of there. I had to run an errand a bit further north. On a whim, I looked at the ignition key Kerry Toyota just delivered to me and noticed it looked like a match to the door key, NOT the ignition key. I stopped back at the Kerry Toyota Service Center and showed the cashier the key. I compared the new-made key to the door key and then the ignition key. She agreed the new-made key looked like the door and not the ignition key and asked that I speak to the older bearded Service Rep again. I showed him all three keys and explained that the new-made key looked like the door key and NOT the ignition key. I suggested that perhaps they cut the wrong key. The older bearded gentleman looked at me and explained that Toyota only makes ONE key for their cars which fits both the doors AND the ignition. “One key - even in 1996?” I ask. “Ever since Toyota started making cars,” he replied. The older bearded service rep then showed me that my ignition key says ‘For Toyota Models’ which meant the ignition & key was not original to the car This is the first Toyota I’ve owned, but I am not the original owner. I had no idea this car had only one key for both door and ignition, but this service rep did. He could have told me that when I was explaining the problem in the first place. Did he? No. Wouldn’t have mentioned it if I hadn’t stopped back to ask. It’s not the $10.59 or the loss of my time. It’s the fact… the principle that the Service Rep at Kerry Toyota would rather make a buck than tell me up front the ignition & key I have wasn’t original; that cutting a new key off the VIN probably would not work. Please don’t go here. Just my opinion, but if the Service Rep is willing to screw you over for $10.59, think how the dealership might screw you over on a $20K-$50K auto.

I had an excellent experience when I purchased my Toyota Camry at Kerry Toyota. They helped me with financing and with options for the car. My Salesman spent a lot of time reviewing all of the features of the car. I will buy my next car at Kerry Toyota and highly recommend Brandon Cady as a salesman!
