May 2 deadline approaching for renewal of med certs issued by Georgia doc

There is only three more weeks for the estimated 3,000 truckers who received medical certification from Dr. Paul Besdansky of Georgia. Truck drivers who received medical certification from the doctor before June 30, 2013, must be re-examined according to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
