What does a monthly SEO campaign include?
  "It depends."
SEOs would love if we could just do the same thing for every site. But #SEO  just doesn't work like that.
Every factor that leads to good rankings depends on many interrelated things…

Looking for a new way to measure the value of a link from a particular web page?
Now that PageRank is dead (and was barely useful in the past), and people are gaming MozRank, those of you who are still building links based on numbers rather than other less quantifiable value-oriented metrics may be looking for a new simple score.
+Ahrefs now offers their own page ranking system which just might do the trick:  https://blog.ahrefs.com/use-ahrefs-ranking-instead-of-dead-page-rank/
A website’s search engine ranking depends on more than 200 different factors and many more correlations. Google or other popular search engines never disclose all ranking factors. But, over time and thousands of experiments, SEO experts have discovered the major ranking factors and correlations that determine a website’s worth. In both cases, it all comes back to having quality backlinks. The more quality backlinks you gain, the higher your searc...

+Kunal singh khati It is difficult to say for sure without seeing the actual site and how you implement your responsive changes, but there should no problem with using display:none to remove elements from the mobile rendering of the page.
Where Google has a problem with hidden text or links, is when you show Google something different from what a normal user sees on the page - meaning the when Google crawls the site as a mobile device, it needs to see the same things a human on a mobile device would see. As long as Googlebot and users are seeing the same thing, it would not be hidden text or links.

Mobile devices are being used more often than PCs to find info on local products and services

If you are still ignoring the mobile market, or just haven't gotten around to making your website mobile friendly - it is time to get it done. Google recently announced that mobile-friendly sites will get preferential treatment in the search engine results starting April 21st, due to increased mobile device usage.
If you don't believe Google's motivation, the Local Search Association (LSA +LocalSearchAssn ) has released a study that showing that 60% of US adults now typically choose smartphones or tablets over PCs to find information before buying products and services offline.

Other interesting findings:

• Mobile Internet Dominance: 52 percent of smartphone users look for local information in the car or on-the-go

• Mobile Use in Stores: 90 percent of all users have used their devices while shopping; 54 percent of smartphone users look for deals and 51 percent of users compare prices

• Mobile Apps on the Rise: 45 percent of “Mobile Fanatics” use store apps to find information about products and services while shopping in store

• Mobile Ads Work: 70 percent of “Mobile Fanatics” who view mobile ads make a purchase; 80 percent complete the transaction within 72 hours of viewing a mobile ad

I can totally recommend Ker Communications if you are looking for no nonsense SEO. I had hired two other SEO companies before this and was skeptical. A colleague recommended I talk to Ker Communications. I spoke with Nick for about an hour and learned more about the website in the first call than I ever learned from the predecessors. It took a few weeks to clean up and really optimize the site, and we worked together to develop really good content and a strategy to get found in organic search and social media. After the 4th month, the number of visitors more than tripled, and we have the online sales numbers to match! Still going strong and growing, even after those Penguins ate some of our competitors.

I hired Ker Communications to make a marketing documentary and now we do weekly web video show too. The videos, promotions and work done on our website and search engine optimization have brought many viewers to my site and lots of people into my restaurant. He finds a way to make things work better and I highly recommend.

A refreshing source of no nonsense guidance and really creative ideas. This search engine and social stuff can be a little overwhelming. Nick has a talent for using common sense to clear up the confusion about SEO that comes from just about everywhere else you look.
Always good, always fast. A lunch or dinner favorite of everyone here.
