You will always get a very professional and friendly service from Jen - she really cares about what she does and keeping her customers happy. Many of my friends I have referred on to her have said the same

I've been a member for about 3 years now. I read the other reviews and think only some of the points are valid. Starting with the good points: 1 the staff are actually quite friendly apart from the PTs who seem a bit up themselves and the cage staff look a bit bored and unwelcoming but I can live with that. 2 the location is good and (until the new flats are built) it has superb sea and marina hAbour views for now there is free pArking 3 it's not very busy compared to some gyms even at peek times 4 when they work the gym equipment is good the pool is nice but the kids pool is way to tiny 5 it's generally clean The bad . 1 the changing rooms are very cold in winter 2 it's not child friendly no proper family friendly changing rooms no child friendly pool 3 the cycle machines are poorly rmaitained resistance levels not the same on all machines some slip through the resistance levels 4 the premises is generally quite tired and worn 5 it's too expensive for what you get but that probably helps keep it less busy ! 6 no outdoor facilities or pool or tennis court yet same money !

Maslens were the agents for the seller on a recent purchase of mine and I have found them, especially Sharon Wareham of their Woodingdean office, to be very helpful and friendly and on numerous occasions have gone beyond the call of duty in assisting in making the process as smooth as possible and resolving issues. They are a breath of fresh air amoungst estate agents and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone thinking of using them to market their property.
