AND! A twitter client. Tweet from your wrist. START BUNTING!

Would suggest a few UX tweaks although I'd be interested to hear why you made those decisions, +Sebastian Mauer:
- Make voice confirmation look more like the system voice confirmations
- Confirmation ticker is slow and animation could be smoother
- Probably don't need to show the "tweet" button, could just start voice input since you have the confirmation already.

But, tweet from wrist was definitely on my list to implement myself, so glad that I don't have to now!

+Kenny Stoltz glad you like it. It was an intersting experience to get started with the #AndroidWear  platform. The documentation is quite new and so I had to figure out some things on my own.

- Make voice confirmation look more like the system voice confirmations
Definitely, the first iteration of my confirmation screen was modeled after how Hangouts does this. There seems to be no "standard way" to show Voice confirmations, so I hope there will be Guidelines or sth. like ConfirmationActivity

- Confirmation ticker is slow and animation could be smoother
Still trying to find the best delay amount here. The current delay is 10s because I had some tetsters that really needed that amount of time to scan all 140 characters and check their voice input for errors. Other than that it's a plain DelayedConfirmationView.

 - Probably don't need to show the "tweet" button, could just start voice input since you have the confirmation already.
The tweet button is just one of the options in the Menu. If you start tweeting using the "OK Google, start writing a Tweet"-Voice Cmd it goes directly to the Tweet Voice Input. Had to find a solution there, since the current implementations is limited to a few phrases and "OK Google, Start..." commands.

What's beyond mobile? We're building it with Android Wear. Do you want to help us? We going to need some elegant code and a beautiful experience. If you've got the goods and you want to invent the platform of the future, give me a bump: email kstoltz dubious biz.

Big update to moment, this video is straight from Moment. Looks great, runs without you having to think about it, and doesn't destroy your battery!

Moment Camera Update 5: VIDEO!

Video has been a very long time coming for us at Moment. Getting great video from Glass while not killing battery life is challenging. But we've done it! You can now capture for up to 1:20 total recording with your glass battery, which will give you about a 90 second video.

We've changed up the presentation to feature moments from your life, included below is a video direct from Moment Camera. As you can see from the video, we capture more than just a few video clips, it is like reliving the moment.

We'll be working on edits and bringing over some of the other key features of Moment's Photos into the new video experience. We're also working on a very cool new feature which we'll announce later this week!

If you've already installed Moment, you need to update the APK for these features to work, so please download and give us some feedback.

If you were at the Google #io14 Design Sandbox area you may've picked up a printed kit with postcards of the material design principles. If you didn't and are attending I/O, make sure you stop by and grab one tomorrow!

For those of you tuning in from home, check out these excerpt pages in the gallery below.

I think the terrible lion bar colours caused auto enhance to take a step back and contemplate its own meaning.

Remind me again, what did we use to build this city, kitty? What's that kitty? Gotta love a bit of Starship.
Make a kitten-smitten, free-wheeling music video starring you and the cat.

If you take all diets and create a diet by taking the Nth allowed food from each Nth diet, you will lose uncountable pounds.

Unfortunately, given the nature of pounds they will always be countable...

Another week, another huge update to Moment. Bummed I can't use it as my Glass is off to be replaced with v2. Enjoy, everyone!

Moment Camera Alpha 4 now ready for sideloading!
http://www.momentcamera.com/

- City and neighborhood of your location in albums (see below for more details)
- New trigger phrase : "Capture This" (eliminates conflict with "record a video" trigger)
- Improved indoor and low light performance
- New low light warning
- Improved ranking
- Better album layout of your friends
- Editable album titles
- Faster shutdown after end of captures
- Duration and date in your albums

This is a big update, but covering the most important parts first:

Location
You can now share the city and area where you captured moments. You can also edit locations or remove it from the album before you make it public.

"Capture this"
"Capture this" is our new voice trigger (instead of "record a moment"). This should be less confusing to Glass with the video recording trigger ("record a video"). It's also a bit faster :-).

Improved low light performance
It's the darkest time of the year, and light is precious! We're still working on improving low-light performance. We now warn you in real time when light is low and we shift into "low light mode".

Improved ranking
We've added some more eye detection code which should improve our ability to detect subjects with open eyes, we've also improved detection of faces in profile.

Better album layout
We're now showing bigger photos of people and smaller photos where nothing interesting was detected. This shifts the emphasis where it belongs: toward your friends and family.

Bug fixes in Glassware
We've fixed a few capture bugs, particularly one that caused captures to hang after you swiped down to close them.

Other album improvements
You can now edit your album titles, and we also show album duration and album dates.

How to install
Visit http://www.momentcamera.com/ and create an account, following the instructions.

How to update
Download the new version of the glassware from http://www.momentcamera.com/assets/Moment.apk. Install with adb, then CAPTURE THIS!

Pretty good american BBQ. Fried pickles are spot on, brisket is actually roast beef, ribs looked good at a distance but didn't try.

Had the spam saimen, friend had poke. The place had pretty good live music and a really good vibe. A really great find. If you want real Hawaiian food (whether you know what real Hawaiian food is or not!) hard to beat.

On a sunny day, probably the best place to be in Wandsworth. Unfortunately, most Wandsworthians (typically Jack Wills/bankerish types) also know this fact, so can be difficult. Strangely this means the pub has become a place to see and be seen. But outdoor barbeque, river view, a patio bar, make this an amazing place to spend a weekend afternoon.

Map mecca in central London. I have bought a globe, a french 200000:1 cycling map, several travel books, and custom printed OS maps. An amateur (or professional) geographer's fantasy. Amazing travel book selection, and due to its central location with lots of tourist traffic, likely to survive and thrive into the future.

"Modern" Indian food, which means smaller, more ornate portions served in courses western style at a massive price hike. The food is top notch objectively speaking but rather boring. Frankly, if you are going to go for modern Indian, there are better, more exciting restaurants to do that. If you want Indian, I see no reason to reject real, traditional Indian and/or British Indian food.

London branch of Dublin brewpub. Several of their own ales, including some rather rough choices like an Oyster Stout as well as nice ones like their Red Ale. Nice to have beers that aren't from one of the major English brewers.

De Hems combines a pub-like atmosphere and a good selection of Dutch and Belgian beers both on tap and in bottles. Nearly every Trappist beer is represented. For the faint of beer, Fruli and other fruit beers are well represented. Downside: it is just off from Chinatown in Soho, and is generally rammed on Friday and Saturday nights.
