Why did it take me so long to try Linux Mint ? I'm liking it quite a bit.
Linux Mint is an elegant, easy to use, up to date and comfortable GNU/Linux desktop distribution.

I've tested the Mint waters a few times, but always go back to Ubuntu.

What is it that you like?
+Derek Morris im interested in mint but don't know what to choose and if theres any screen shots of it to see. ubuntu is my fav linux os but i never really used it to full potential. all my programs are on my mac so its hard to get rid of photoshop and coda and dreamweaver and go to ubuntu for me.
I don't know. Right now I like it because it is different.
hmm might have to try it on vmware. ps have any of u used dreamweaver on cs5? it feels SLOW!!! is that normal? lol
interesting... can you tell me more about it and how it is different than just Ubuntu?
It includes a lot of commercial plugins that aren't installed by default in Ubuntu, plus it uses a version of Gnome 2.0 instead of Ubuntu's Unity.
Wow...that IS way better! Thanks for the info! :) GBU!
