Dave's Ghost Pepper Sauce
Smokier and a bit sweeter than Dave’s habanero ultimate insanity sauce, the ghost pepper sauce is made with Bhut Jolokia, the hottest pepper in the world a couple of years ago.
Although this sauce is to be used as a food additive only, amazingly there is no pepper extract which means that the flavour is not overridden by the heat.
Its versatility is also much appreciated by chilli lovers as it blends in well with tomato as well as cream based sauces and strong meats such as pork or steak.
