Jake Brown is running barefoot across the US. I'm honored to be able to help support him through my little corner of Ohio.

While I'm no elite, in my limited experience I agree with the points raised.

James Altucher shares his technique for learning just about anything:
Someone stole $90 million from a company I was involved in. I’m a poor judge of people. The company collapsed. Some things I can’t learn. I tend to like people too much. So it’s hard for me to be a good judge of people, no matter how much I try. So I find other people who are good at judging people and I ask them to help me. Don’t force yourself to learn something if you don’t want to or it’s not a natural talent. What’s the role of talent? Very ...

Three-hundredths of a second is the approximate time a hummingbird takes to flap its wings once. It’s also the official chip-time separation between Ray Moorehead, 52, and Scott Clark, 51, the top two finishers at the Johnny Miles Marathon in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, Canada held Sunday.

Flat Ken (Kens) preparing for Saturday's Mohican Trail 50 miler. Supposed to rain in the morning then get up to the low 80s and humid :s

The plan is to run on +Tailwind Nutrition with a little grazing at aid stations. Change of full outfit at halfway (one lap).

Longest distance ever is 32 miles. Finding another 18 will be a challenge. But time won't be an issue (hundred miler running at same time). Getting nervous!

Thanks +Jennie Hall, I finished. It wasn't fast, it wasn't pretty, but I finished. The hundred miler had a 60% DNF!
