An important article about Operation Underground Railroad... it's making an impact on child trafficking.
Nonprofits have taken on a new role in effort to free sex slaves, but some question the approach.

Check this out! This is the coolest thing I've seen in a long time. My friend almost died from a heart attack and now he's buff at age 66 and helping folks get their life back. Incredible! Great job Dale!

I agree, as I'm a little older than him, that physical training is worth it. I workout at the gym but prefer training for tri's. My wife and I like the Olympic distance events. Keep up your fitness and it will take further down the road than your friends who don't. Old guys rule! :)

Great article on Sales Leadership by Steve Richard
Over the past nine months I’ve had conversations with over 350 sales leaders ranging from managers of three reps all the way up to Chief Sales Officers of 500 person sales forces. I always ask them two questions: What are your top priorities for the year? What’s challenging about them? You always know when you get to the heart of ... Read More

Research-based information is shining new light on heart attacks.
Most heart attacks are likely caused by an imbalance in your central and autonomic nervous system, which controls the function of your internal organs.

Pretty cool article about the power of Scouting
Boy Scout programs are famous for teaching boys leadership skills and good character. One of the best ways these programs accomplish this is through the patrol method. Scout troops are divided into smaller patrols of about eight Scouts of similar ages and interests. Scout patrols give young men the chance to interact in small groups, take

We had a wonderful experience! One of only 2-3 restaurants in San Diego where you can eat a completely raw meal, and it was incredible. We heard about it by Ken Dorr, the Executive Chef of Optimum Health Institute (OHI) while having been there 3 weeks, I was ready to test out his recommendation. An exciting menu, great service, fun atmosphere, and very healthy food. Try the coconut ceviche, and the raw lasagna and raw pizza dishes. Leave room!

I came to Optimum Health Institute of San Diego after careful research and a pretty traumatic car accident to try and get my health back. I deeply enjoyed my three week stay here. I had everyday access to staff experts and professionals and I gained a deeper appreciation of the health practices that would serve me well throughout my life. All the way from the CEO Bob Mees, to Dan, Sophia, Wendy, Peg, and many others including their on-staff Sr. Chef, Ken Door. Their volunteers staff like Debbie and Alison also made the experience wonderful. As a side benefit I lost 28 pounds and haven't felt better since I was 20 years old, three decades ago. It's not easy, but worth it. I'm well back on the road to recovery in weeks and months rather than the 1.5 to 2 years my doctors back Utah warned me about with the damage my body had sustained in the head-on collision. I also met dozens of the best people I've come across, all dealing directly with health opportunities of their own.

I just purchased a slightly used Jayco Seneca from the team at Camping World and so far they have done a great job. (Don't let me down guys!) They spent well over an hour going through things with me and I filmed it so I wouldn't forget. They gave me a great price and answered all my questions. So far so good. I'll be adding additional reviews over time and recommend everyone else do also. - Ken
