Digital is no longer just the icing on the cake, it is the cake. But as such it cannot just be a bolt-on strategy. It requires new organizational philosophies and structures. It must become part of the organization's DNA. http://www.linkedin.com/today/post/article/20140703120100-1816165--2-trillion-the-digital-prize
By 2016, the Internet is going to influence 50% of all retail transactions. Running the numbers, that adds up to about $2 trillion. This isn’t people just buying products online. It’s people checking

Brilliant design change.  Subtle but meaningful.

Story
Introduction
Developing an effective learning organization can be an overwhelming task. My job is to help you reach that goal by building the technological and social framework necessary to support the organic growth of a learning network within your organization. By integrating both commercial and open-source learning technologies with social networking tools, I will help you build a robust network that will support your current and future organizational development objectives.

With over 10 years experience at a large multi-national company, I have successfully led numerous projects in the areas of learning technologies deployment and eLearning design and development. I am highly motivated and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. I have also had great success bringing my entrepreneurial spirit to projects that resulted in significant cost savings to my organization.

My currently interest is in the application of social media strategies to foster cultural change within organizations and as a way to improve the customer experience.
