I just saw a man aggressively argue in the food line with +Gina Likins​ about her ApacheCon keynote, insisting that people should not have to speak civilly in open source projects. This is what happens when you talk about how projects can increase diversity.

Why doesn't Google support 2-factor authentication for accessing Google?  I mean, besides that whole mobile-phone rubbish..

I've been running two factor with Google for a couple of years now. It works really well, and they were an early adopter of OATH. It was a bit rough in the early days (lots of apps needed app specific passwords for a long time). It has worked perfectly for me for the last six months or so, though.
