Excited to follow +Zack Osheroff 's culinary adventures!
No, caveman is not a euphemism for hyper-masculinity expressed by the glutenous consumption of meat. I'm talking about the real cavemen. The ones who didn't have processed grains or refined sugar. Alright, maybe they didn't h...

Well it certainly solved my gear problem. I went from zero xmp's to about 125 x8's while waiting for my car battery to be tested at the parts store.

Va-voom!

65% of Americans feel that now is a good time to buy a home, while only 38% say it's a good time to sell. That might explain our supply vs demand problem in Boston! There aren't nearly enough homes for sale!

Who do you know that might be thinking of moving?

That logic makes absolute sense +Hank Yeomans , but what many homeowners don't realize in Greater Boston is that they already have gained it back.

My team has set all-time high sales records in 3 condo buildings last year alone. I haven't done a comparable market analysis for a seller in the last 12 months where I needed to reccomend that the seller entertain a short-sale.

The market is hot.

I'm a real estate agent, and when a client doesn't have a home inspector they've used in the past, I always recommend Mike Heneghan at B-Sure. ---I'm a big fan of Mike's after my team had sold 4 condos in one particular building in Boston over a short time period. We represented the sellers for those sales, and the buyers who came in had the chance to perform their own due diligence on the property. When a 5th condo became for sale with another real estate agency, we were quickly able to bring a buyer. Mike performed the home inspection, and lo and behold he discovered that there was a sinkhole under the structure that ended up being a $70,000 repair. Our recommendation to our client based on this new information was not even to buy into the building we had been selling all year long. ---Mike is knowledgeable, thorough, and most importantly he's got a sense of humor. A home inspection can rather daunting, but his lighthearted candor makes it much more enjoyable. ---I highly recommend Mike Heneghan, and the team at B-Sure Home Inspection is a high caliber.

My company recently had a holiday party at the Wellesley College Club, and it was rather enjoyable. There was ample parking for our 50 or so guests, and of course the grounds were very well kept. The room we were hosted in was clean, tasteful, and welcoming. We were greeted at the front door by staffers who directed us to an area for our coats, informed us where the restrooms were located, and showed us to our gathering. The mood was set right away as we were treated to a pianist who provided a nice ambiance. The Club offered catering, and the food was rather tasty. Our menu consisted of Prime Rib, Chicken Ravioli, or Penne with a choice of sauces and sides. They also offered a modest bar, and the mixed drinks didn't pull any punches. As I said, overall it was an enjoyable experience. They've got their act together. I'd recommend the Wellesley College Club for nearly any medium sized company gathering or wedding.

This location always seems incredibly loud, even when nobody else is in line to order. This makes it especially difficult to have your order taken correctly, especially considering the staff is usually not speaking english to one another in conversation. If you can get past the hurdle that is the order placement process, the staff is extremely efficient and accurate, and the food and coffee is what you expect from the brand.

Baker Baker has been open for about a year now and they've never disappointed me. This shop is far and away my favorite local spot to grab a coffee and a treat. Everything is baked from scratch, and is always downright delicious. Fran, one of the owners, is always friendly and smiling. Every single visit has been a positive one for me, and always seems to brighten my day. A++ establishment. Keep up the great work, ladies!

Diane's Bakery is a family favorite, and the half moon cookies are a huge hit. My favorite thing about the bakery is that it's genuine. Their display cases aren't as full as you might see elsewhere, but it's because they bake everything fresh each morning. I've never purchased a single stale item from Diane's. Things to know: They're closed Sundays and Mondays. They're only open until 3pm every other day. They only accept cash. They take 2 weeks each year off for vacation. And lastly, remember: ignorance is bliss. After eating some of Diane's goodies, the rest of the world just won't be the same.
