I've always paid cash for my cars; so this was my first loan experience. I hadn't had much luck at other dealers because I'm a on a limited income and a part-time sub-contractor. But Heather & Sarah at Kelly Buick GMC really went the extra mile to help ensure I got into a very nice, reliable 2008 Buick Enclave that I'll be able to count on while I grow my business. They even came and picked me up, from an hour away. Once there, I learned the original car I had called about wasn't available anymore, but Heather had something better to show me. In fact, I drove out of there with a lot more car than I thought I'd be able to get. The girls and the finance manager worked very hard to get the payments down to something I could afford, and even helped me find affordable insurance. Heather did a great job of making me feel at ease and explaining the entire process. Buying a car can be more than a little stressful; but she took care of everything. They have also already been available post-sale with quick phone calls back on questions I've had. Over all, great customer service and a great deal on a very nice car.

We had the luck of our SUV breaking down during the holiday weekend. We got stuck on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck for 6 hours. By the time we go to the dealership the service center was closed. We were lucky enough that Jim was there. He gave us a loaner so we could find a hotel and get some food. He also ensured that everyone in the service department knew the next morning that we needed our SUV looked.. We needed to get to work by a specific time as we had to call out since our SUV broke down. The service department called me at 7am the next day and continued to keep me in the loop. The SUV couldn't be fixed until later that day and Jim let use you the loaner vehicle. Jim and his team were beyond helpful with the whole situation. We were so tired and frustrated by the time we got to the dealership. Jim was amazing in helping us deal with everything. I would most certainly recommend Jim and his team for anything from service to buying a car. You will definitely be taken car of. We live in CT and my boyfriend said his next car will be from Jim in PA.

Even though the buying experience was longer this time than for other cars purchased from Kelly the purchase went well and Sally liked Nick and felt comfortable. Nick was very knowledgeable about the Regal and Sally purchased her first smaller car ever. She had tried the larger model which a friend had brought here to the house for her to look at. It was just too busy for Sally so Nick was gentle in persuading her that the Regal might better fit her needs. He found the car she wanted and it was ready to pick up the next day. The young man in the area where the cars are prepared for delivery was very dedicated and he and Nick seemed to work well getting the car ready. The car was very clean and prepared very nice for delivery. I must admit that my wife and I were dead set against the extended warranty and would not probably every buy one ourselves. He did explain the benefits very clearly to Sally and she did agree to purchase this warranty. Nick wanted to make sure that Sally was secure with the Onstar communications. See Sally does not have a cell phone so he took his time to program the system. Then he sat with me in the new car and he walked me through putting the minutes on the system so Sally could use the Onstar as a cellular phone. Thank you. Nick. We faxed the insurance information to you today.

4 stars for the sales team - wish I could put that on a separate review. 0 stars for Leanne Green in the service department. If her service is acceptable for Kelly Buick, Emmaus - then I wont buy from them again. purchased a Mitsubishi Galant from Kelly 2003 car - in 2003. Great car - no issues.... recently purchased a 3rd car for work travel a week ago - 2012 toyota camry. maintenance required light came on, took it in to see if they could show me theservice records and just get piece of mind.....Leanne kept telling me that the car should be under toyota warranty....well guess what, ididnt buy from toyota, I bought from Kelly with 6 mos warranty. she basically didnt listen to a word I said and tried blowing me off to toyota dealership....even argued with me as I was trying to explain to mechanic. Heard her on phone with another customer thatshe seemed more concern with blowing off their matter at hand than helping them obtain resolve. I own an Acura, Honda, Maszda and now Toyota at my house - this is a cliff note version, but I can clearly see that the type of service response I received today would clearly not be accepted at Honda and forget about it at Acura - she wouldnt last a week there... thanks Kelly for the cars, but you will not be seeing me again, ...... the right people buy the right cars, sell them the right way, and stand by them via their warranty and service!

I'm very impressed by the service department at Kelly. Signage loses them a quarter star as the "Service Entrance" sign is past the actual entrance and at the Chrysler store driveway, but after that everything was great. Despite my buying elsewhere, they fit me into the schedule the morning after my call. Leann Green did a fine job getting things started and called to tell me they finished ahead of schedule. They did everything as promised (for less than quoted at 3 non-dealership service places) and I really like the confidence that a factory-trained person worked on my vehicle.

Anthony was excellent in listening to our needs as well as finding the exact vehicle, color, wheels, etc. we wanted. He went well beyond his duties as a sales person and was not pushy in any way. The dealship worked together amongst their departments in getting us into a beautiful Enclave CXL at an affordable payment. The Finance Manager who handled our loan was extremely helpful, courteous and went out of his way to get us a good deal. I would hightly recommend Kelly Automotive Group in Emmaus to anyone interested in having excellent customer service, beautiful vehicles, and caring sales people. Thank you , thank you, thank you Anthony and staff ----- I will definitely return for my next Buick.

My wife and I came in looking to get a really great deal on an advertised special. After a long drive from work and a long day at the office, I was pleasantly greeted at the door by Nick and the experience from that moment on definitely exceeded my expectations - I'd say it was a great car buying experience (we purchased a Chevy Cruze). I would absolutely recommend Nick and the staff at Kelly to anyone looking to get a great deal from a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kudos to you Nick - THANK YOU!!!
