Tell me people of the +, what is the origin of the question:
Would you rather fight one horse-sized duck or 50 duck-sized horses?

Definitely the horse sized duck. Even at such a large size, it would have no teeth, nor the ability to kick, and unless you were underwater, would have very little in the way of attack posture.
October 8th, 2003 London Metro, popularized by the TranceAddict forums.  I resent being inspired to learn this. =D
I'm pretty sure a duck-sized horse would be scared witless of giant 'ol me.
From my experience watching Jurassic Park, I can say that large number of small things can be dangerous to developers.
Don't know the origin. I do know this though- fight the d'horses, not the h'duck. Big animals don't need teeth to bring the pain. Take swans for example. Those things will mess you up, all long neckin' and hissing, and they're not half as tall as a h'duck.
From a psychological stand point; I'd fight the smaller d'horses with each win being bringing a boon to morale.
