Always a fan of +deb lavoy writings and presentations. This hopeful 2013 prediction piece strikes many of the tough, but necessary challenges we are facing with communications, collaboration, and the language to better describe them. Plus, the need for better technology to support new maturity models.

Great read.

This is another thoughtful and educational piece by +Wim Rampen  that is well worth absorbing.

If you have the slightest bit of interest in learning more about the customer journey, then you should be reading Wim's posts regularly. Masterful understanding of, and ability to communicate the value of Feedback Loops.

Good read with a few tangible examples, not the least of which are IBM's own numbers:

"IBM has, itself, made the transition with more than 400,000 IBM employees collaborating through IBM Connections. Their leaders are active daily users of social media to communicate more effectively and directly with all levels within the company. As a result, more than 67,000 communities have been developed, 475,000 files shared globally have generated more than 9 million downloads. Every day, IBM generates 35 million instant message chats."

Have been waiting for Alan's review and update on Podio integration with GoToMeeting. Got an added bonus with some insight about Citrix' overall vision. Good read.
