WASHINGTON—With the MLB season still less than a week old, millions of weary Americans across the country confirmed Wednesday that they were already sick of baseball.

Good year bicycling for me. I rode my first century (103 miles), and I rode to work 60 days! Final stats:

Distance:     1,520.5 mi
Time:             111h 40m
Elev Gain:     66,988 ft
Rides:           167

Looking at the heat map, a few things are apparent:
○ I rode to work a shitload this year (and it's obvious what my preferred route is)
○ I also did the taco ride quite often

Looking forward to 2014. Hopefully I can get more pedaling in.

Thanks. I actually had more last year, but I couldn't make BRAN this year. I did get my century in that week though, so not all was lost :)

Pretty good analysis.

This practice by Facebook also makes it impossible for me to use it for the only conceivable use I have for it: following my favorite breweries and musicians.

Made some chili today since it's 5 degrees Fahrenheit and falling.

Beef sirloin, pork chops, roasted red peppers and poblanos, mushrooms, dried/crushed habaneros (home grown), onions, garlic, tomatoes (gome grown), chili powder, salt, pinto/black beans, and some beer (+Founders Brewing Co.  Dirty Bastard & IPA; 4 oz each). Got just the right amount of heat to warm you up. Probably my best batch ever.

They don't think it be like it is, but it do.
Introduction
I'm a programmer writing mainly web applications in the telecommunications/telephony industry. I like open source software. I am a geek and beard-grower.

I enjoy cooking, gardening, bicycling, heavy metal music, playing guitar, and craft beer. Also experimenting with homebrewing.

Excellent beer in both variety and quality. In my opinion, it's the best beer in town. The head brewer has been homebrewing beer for 15 years, and the owner runs, in addition to this brewery, Beertopia and The Crescent Moon. Needless to say, they clearly know what they are doing. The tours are fun, the staff courteous and helpful, and it's an all-around great place to hang out. There isn't much food here. At least not in terms of a good hearty meal. The entire menu consists of smoked meats, cheese, pretzels, brats, chips and salsa, spent-grain pizzas, and some cupcake-type treats. But that doesn't matter. With beers this good, you can't go wrong. There are plenty of excellent restaurants in the area if you're hungry.

This place is stacked floor to ceiling with quality craft beer from around the country. The prices aren't bad, and the selection is great. Aside from the lack of American light lagers (but who wants to pay for that?!), they've got every style imaginable.

A place to get a man's haircut. Most hair stylists at places like Super Cuts aren't trained to give a man a good haircut. I got a great haircut, and a beard trim was included in the price.

I go here often for lunch. The staff is very friendly, and the food is excellent. They've got a good variety of Greek and eastern-themed foods.

The food is decent bar-style food, but if you come here for the food, you should just go someplace else. The real reason to come here is the excellent selection of quality craft beer. Their IPA and Cardinal brews are to die for.

Great place for metalheads. I had the plaguebringer because garlic rocks. Great selection of beer and you get tons of food. I wish I lived closer!

This place is awesome. The food is great. Relatively short menu, but lots of variety. Friendly staff, always full drinks, and lots of fun.
