Editor at MindTools.com
I have enjoyed a colourful and varied working life: I've worked on building sites, in pubs and nightclubs, and at a merchant bank before going "back to school" to study journalism. I started out as a junior reporter on a local weekly paper, and progressed to be a news editor on the sports desk of the biggest-selling newspaper in the U.K.
I joined Mind Tools in February 2015 - and it's exciting to be part of a team that provides such excellent resources and learning materials to people who want to excel in their careers, and who want to develop their management and leadership potential.
World's Greatest Dad 2003 - present day (barring one day in 2007 when I was rumbled blending vegetables into the spag bol!). World's Most Unlikely Ironman 2015 (but I don't like to talk about it. Oh no, I mean that's all I talk about!)
