Algae in a dedicated photobioreactor is hard enough to make economically. Hanging the photobioreactor off a building's structure seems to be something one does to merely gain headlines.

With new technology, the industry has been able to produce more power at lower cost by capturing the faster winds that blow at higher elevations.
