True.
Rising content levels and limited attention will create a content shock making it more difficult for marketers to get their message through.

When I first became a Buddhist, and did so within Tibetan Buddhism, I got a few emails warning me that I had entered a patriarchal movement. They were not wrong, though my teacher seems (while himself male) pretty good at giving his female students the…

G+ Questions - Mobile  -

I just activated Google+ on my android smartphone and notice that it wants to connect my Google+ contacts with my android contacts. This means, apparently, that their email adresses and even phone numbers get imported into my smart phone. While I don't mind being able to actually call more people, I do wonder if they gave permission for me to get their phone number.

Specifically: I don't want every fan of mine that I added to a circle to be able to call me. Email is OK, phone isn't. There ought to be some obvious way to set that up. I can't find it, so it isn't obvious. (yes, this is both a complaint and a call for help).

In het Engels heb ik deze blogpost ‘How to be a bad girl – or a strong woman’ genoemd.
