I did not want to go to the gym today.
My co-workers were fighting, I needed to pick sides.
I did not want to go to the gym today.
Didn't sleep well last night, not feeling too great.
I did not want to go to the gym today.
There's a lot of work to do, the weather's getting bad.
I did not want to go to the gym today.
My muscles are sore, there's always tomorrow.
I did not want to go to the gym today.

But I went anyway.

I hit the weights.
Just one more set.
I waited for equipment.
Just one more set.
I focused on form.
Just one more set.
I cleared my mind.
Just one more set.
I killed my workout.
Just one more set.
I added more weight.
Just one more set.
I beat my records.
Just one more set.

I now feel great. I feel strong. I feel happy. I see improvements. I can't wait to go back again tomorrow.

Day 1 of drawing class. Better than I've ever done....more to come with much improvement. I feel like I need to just practice. A lot.

Okay Excel...seriously. I am once again impressed by the fact that you don't have a simple table interpolate function. Seems like a main thing to add in. Yes I know people have written add-ins to generate the code, but really...this is the way you want me to interpolate?!

=FORECAST(NewX,OFFSET(KnownY,MATCH(NewX,KnownX,1)-1,0,2),
OFFSET(KnownX,MATCH(NewX,KnownX,1)-1,0,2))

What happens when your cargo isn't strapped down well enough. Tragic accident.

Starting to workout again (Thanks to Getting Fit for the New Year) and starting to go climbing regularly. Holiday break took me away from both gyms. I'm super excited to get back into it, and even though my body aches, it's a wonderful wonderful ache!

These guys were great. Was able to get right in because my cat might have had a serious issue. There was a lot of understanding that "I know my cat" and not just telling me that "sometimes cats act strange". They called to check up on her making sure the meds were working. I was able to call back and ask questions. They also have 2 entrances, one for cats and one for dogs, which is great since my cat is already traumatized from the car ride, let alone running into a big scary dog while waiting to see the vet. I hope I never have to go back, but I'm glad I found these guys. Keep up the great work!
