As artist John Edmark's sculptures wiggle, wobble, and twist before your eyes like some alien creature, it's hard to believe that what you're seeing is a real physical object—but we assure you it is, with a bit of trick photography and some heady mathematics thrown in for good measure. Blooms 2

Incredible detail in glass
Dustin Yellin's latest installation (previously here and here) is more of an encased world than environment—ten modular glass blocks that together measure 20 feet long. Densely layered, each glass brick contains thousands of images meticulously sourced from magazines and books, arranged to created Y

Guided in her ceramics studio by nature's symmetrical and asymmetrical forms, artist Jennifer McCurdy works with inspiration from everyday objects, producing vessels that imitate natural specimens such as malformed conch shells and burst milkweed pods. Her sculptures are habitually one color, a whit

Interview with Michael Bokrosh - Glass Artist--by Dick Weiss for the Japanese magazine "Glass", 1990Mike Bokrosh is talking to me in a cluttered, machine-heavy studio in south Seattle. Next to me, and old wood stove is burning pine, and waves of heat feel good to me; it is late October, and Seattle is cold, wet, and damp. He is saying, "Up until six years ago, I could only see myself as a 'glass technician'. It was through self-disc...

Self-taught artist Laura Moriarty's sculptural paintings appear like long lost geodes, geological mysteries layered with multi-colored rings. The asymmetrical pieces reference the earth not only in their appearance but also their process, as Moriarty heats and cools pigmented beeswax is a way th

Precariously resting atop a pedestal, these wave-like glass vessels by Scottish artist Graham Muir seem to defy gravity as if frozen in a moment before crashing into the ocean. Using techniques perfected over the last decade, Muir achieves delicate shapes that seem almost chiseled or fractured, but

Introduction
Living loving life the Navajo Way in "Hozho"  Balance & Harmony"

I am an enthusiastic, positive and a creative person by nature.
I am silly and fun. Love a good Cat video or throwback music from the 70's & 80's.

Reading biographies of inspiring people fill me up with positive energy, learning about running a small business, social networking and meeting new folks all over the world.

Traveling and learning about new cultures is fascinating, finding peace within through Mindfulness Meditation. Reading spiritual books from Deepak Chopra to gain awareness.

Hiking in nature, being with friends, drinking a great bottle of red wine and painting artwork with my little one brings me great joy.

Huge fan of sculpture in any material, organic forms get the creative juices rolling especially Henry Moore, Barbara Hepworth, Jean Arp.

I am also a proud business owner of Bernard Katz Glass alongside my partner in life and work my husband
BernardKatz. Please be sure to circle our Bernard Katz Glass page on Google+. I also highlight my husband's art glass on my website Katz Glass Design, featuring artwork from our studio location in Philadelphia PA.

You can find me on numerous social media sites: Linkedin; Pinterest; Etsy; Twitter and Facebook be sure to find me on cyberspace!

Yes, at first I was reluctant since we ship hand blown glass. Well this business has been bought over by a new owner. They have two UPS Stores and they are fantastic! Do not be afraid to go there, it has changed for the better! Our business will ship our packages here from now on. A convenient location for us.

Dr. Brock is a very caring, informative doctor! I feel very confident with her taking great medical care of my child. She remembers and often follows up with a personal telephone call to make sure that everything is fine.
