Your email to us regarding these expressed frustrations (as well as the mailed letter) was responded to when received. Our entire terms of service does get quite lengthy but our billing page (found here: http://www.studyblue.com/about/legal/billing/) is about a page long. These billing terms are provided via a link directly on the Upgrade page, next to the final upgrade button when submitting payment. Prices are advertised as $9/month and $30/year with no mention of a one-time purchase on the page but we are evaluating the current Upgrade page to ensure everything is as clear as possible.

Deceptive billing practices. STUDYBLUE advertises in a manner that leads a customer to believe they are purchasing a one-time product. However, they have hidden into their agreement (23 pages long) that you are enrolling for recurring billing. I strongly recommend staying away, find another flash-card website.
