Traveled with friends to Chicago for the first time. Chose this place because of its price and distance to public transportation. When we checked in, we were informed the price we had to pay was much higher than advertised on the website. It said $109 a night up to 6 people. Do your research and call to ask because it's probably not what you think.

The shuttle is a nightmare. Yes, its nice that it's free, but after waiting an hour in the rain for it at the Rosemount station, a $12 taxi ride is more worth it than to sit and wait. There is major miscommunication between the drivers and hotel staff.

The last night at the hotel, we came back to find the floor around the window/ac unit wet. A bag of clothes and personal items was all wet and papers, an electronic and bedding was wet as well. Not sure how this happens unless something major was leaking in while it rained. The manager came to look and took pictures and basically said sorry this happened, we can't do anything about your electronic damage unless we turn it into insurance and they will deal with it. They couldn't dry the wet clothes or even replace the wet bedding. the manager said she would have housekeeping replace the bedding that night. This happened at 9:30pm, never heard from housekeeping. After being frustrated by this occurrence, we investigated the leak more and found BLACK MOLD under the ac unit and on the wall.

I will never stay at a hotel just because it is cheap again, and will try my best to never stay at a Comfort Suites again. Currently, it has been 5 days since our departure and there has been no action taken on behalf of the hotel other than being told to email the manager.

We took our jet ski to Dust Devil Motorsports, 18425 N 19th Ave # 101, Phoenix, AZ 85023 to be repaired on March 22, 2012. We gave Gus Garcia, the owner, a deposit of $1200 for the repairs with $700 due upon completion. He has taken my money and the repairs are not completed. In the process of attempting to repair the engine block, he over bored the casing at the machinists’ shop with the wrong specs. He has admitted to the error but refuses to make good on this repair with new parts. He only wants to repair it with used parts which he is unable to locate. He refuses to give a completion date. All he says is that he is looking for the parts. He needs to own up to his mistakes and resolve them in a timely manner with a sense of urgency. Four months and counting is ridiculous for a jet ski repair. Garcia will say he can accomplish something, make a mistake and you’ll end up paying for it.
