"Feel Good Factor" Clothes

Do you have clothes that when put them on you don't want to take off?

Clothes that you wish you could wear every day?

Your go-to clothes when you need that extra boost of confidence?

Clothes that you think are really you?

These are your "feel good factor" clothes.

Guess what - instead of having a wardrobe full of so-so clothes only buy and wear "feel good factor" clothes.

When we wear these clothes we feel that we can meet anyone and we can take on challenges throughout the day with much better ease and confidence!

What is Your Belief About Age?
We all have different beliefs about what being young or being old mean to us. When I was growing up I thought "young" meant anyone 1-20, "mid-life" was 30-50, and anyone 65+ was really old and pretty much going downhill. I felt my parents at 60 were very old. And they acted and looked old.
Now that I am nearing the magic "65", my whole outlook has changed. In fact, even though I retired from corporate life, I can't refer to myself as "retired". With my business, my volunteer work, my meeting new friends, my calendar is busier than ever.
I believe that you are only as old as you feel. I feel like I can still kick butt...I constantly want to be learning new things, changing things up, telling myself "you can do this!" Most times I can. If I can't, then, oh well, at least I've tried. Eating right and exercising are key of course.
Our bodies reflect our beliefs - so if you believe you are young, your body will respond - the more powerful the belief the more impact on our overall physical health and the aging process.
What is your belief about age? Do you define your age by your birth years, your looks, or by your attitude in life?
I would love to hear your comments!
