Once again, we walk around our home in complete awe. The 5 ceiling fans twirl dust free, the grain of the woodwork in every room is proudly on display, the kitchen countertops sparkle, and the bathroom cleanings (my pet peeve) prove that the Cottage Care professionals understand my needs. But best of all I like the finishing touches - my furniture is vacuumed! The desk in my office (the abysmal mess that it can be) is even dusted - who knew that was a beautiful wooden desk? And they do it without disrupting my "organized" chaos. When my mother passed away unexpectedly, and out of town family was coming in, the Cottage Care Manager, Lindsey, fit in an extra cleaning crew to ready my house at the last minute with one day notice. That's what I call flexible and customer satisfaction. I recommend Cottage Care for all my friends' cleaning needs. Shhh...An extra bonus, they come to your house with a smile! The Brandt's, KCMO
