I think, I have been struggling with postpartum ocd, since my son was about 5 months old, and now he is 2. I have never been diagnose, but some of the systems are there. I have been looking up this disorder for several weeks now. It’s like I’m having a war with my own mind everyday. I just want to be at peace with myself. I love my son very much and I can’t believe this is me and I’m going through this. I never use to be like this. It seems like some days the thoughts are gone, but then they return. It’s so frighting, I just want to be able to enjoy life again.:( Here is my e-mail, landonsmommy123@hotmail.com

+Jessica Gregory I'm so sorry to hear that you are struggling with this. Please know that you can fully recover from postpartum OCD with professional help. You don't mention whether you've reached out to your doctor, but if not I really recommend it. You don't have to live this way, and it's not your fault that you have this illness. Postpartum depression and related illnesses like OCD are very common.
