I know people that will be picketing the movie due to the use of fake beards. #seriously

If the premier were local for me I would grill a steak & eat it right in front of their picket line.

Have to say, it's one thing for an animal to die to be eaten. It's entirely another for an animal to die needlessly on a movie set.

... while unprotected chickens were killed by dogs...

Oh the humanity!!!

Usually I don't agree with opportunistic protesting but having read the article, and it does seem that the deaths were needless, and this type of protest is likely to affect positive change. Good for PETA.

Whatever your diet, all animals should be treated with respect. Being inhuman doesn't just relate to your treatment of other humans.

That said, this is a drop in the ocean compared to the millions of cases of animal cruelty that happen on a daily basis, particularly saddening where it is intentionally cruel for cultural reasons, with no positive change likely possible for decades, even centuries.

While I have no arguments with what anyone here has stated (I feel the same way) peta as an organization is way out there. As in crazy. A little bit of research about their beliefs and things they have tried to accomplish are just a little too extreme to be taken seriously.

Another LOW COST
High Publicity stunt by PETA.

Don't let real facts
stand in the way
of a fabulous BEAT UP !!

By the way,
how many virtually naked women
will PETA need for this protest ?
