If you want to be successful you need to take opportunities as they present themselves.

Today I had the opportunity to stop my workout early and dive directly into my coffee.

Instead I overruled my inner slacker and did the "advanced/optional" finishers on this morning's #fasterwaytofatlossvip workout

It'll be worth it in the long run and it was only a brief period of extra suffering 😄

What do you do to spot opportunities for success or progression?

One of the things I love about @Amandatress is her honesty about eating donuts! She looks amazing and she sometimes eats donuts.....how very dare she?!

This is part of what makes her FASTer Way To Fat Loss program a sustainable option for me, you're allowed to eat foods that other plans ban. You just need to be aware of when you are eating them and not over eat.

She encourages us to make leg day the day we do this, because we've worked hard and if you're going to splash out on something extra tasty it's the best day to do it.

I'm less of a donut fan than the Boyf so today we have had the most amazing homemade buttermilk pancakes, with butter, syrup & bacon!

Considering I was a hot, sweaty mess and 7:30am when I finished Amanda's latest leg killer workout I don't feel guilty in the slightest!

I work hard, I eat well and tomorrow I have a @TrainAsONE 3.2km assessment of evil to look forward to, and I know what I don't burn today will fuel me for that!

Are you a dieter who excludes the foods you like? Or do you embrace balance and just think about what you eat and make conscious decisions about whether it's worth it and if you really want it?
