As important as gut flora is to health, it's amazing how much science still has to learn. For adults, population diversity is best. That is, you're better off having lots of different species of the little critters in your belly.

But this study says that infants with higher flora diversity have slower cognitive development than infants with lower diversity. At some point our bodies make a transition. Link this to what we know about the gut and people on the Autism spectrum and real possibilities start to open.

Super Cool (DISCLAIMER:I'm easily amused)!

This study found that when you exercise, your body sends unique proteins to other parts of the body via blood circulation as a means of communication. Scientists always wondered how the human body learns to adapt in such a positive and coordinated way after exercise. Now they know. They just don't know what the messages mean...yet.

This article makes a valid point. Brushing all processed food as bad is elitist and unhelpful. This is literally correct. But it's just good #KarmaSense that the less processed your food, the more you're in control of how "good" it really is.
