In this webisode of The TRACE Show, students open up to discuss why working is so important to them – and have a lot of fun, while taking selfies and group pics in support of the #IWantToWork campaign, a self-advocacy campaign powered by young Pennsylvanians with disabilities. The goal of the social media campaign is to ensure young adults with disabilities get the employment opportunities they rightfully deserve so they can live full, independent lives.
Enjoy the show and let us know why working is important to you in the comments!
I work with organizations that aspire to be employers of choice, are interested in attracting candidates who will develop into employee brand advocates that drive growth and continued success, embrace diversity, desire a culture of innovation and excellence, want to build rich internal and external communities and reward superior performance with celebrity.
I invite you to contact me to talk about how we can work together to help your organization reach its full human capital potential. ~ Karla Porter
