One of the benefits of having a friend who has a video production company; when you run across the Grand Canyon together, he makes a killer video about it!! Incredible footage from a long, painful and rewarding day. Video and photos can never do the scenery true justice, but this comes pretty close!

Stop scrolling your feed here, click this link, and spend the next 6 minutes with your jaw on the floor. New Danny MacAskill video. I don't know what to say, dude is a magician with a bike. This even tops any of his previous videos in my opinion http://ow.ly/mhuD1

Running Vancouver: Episode 3 now live.

Learn about Sean's challenges of having his newborn battle leukemia, Jillian's efforts to manage scoliosis, and me trying to juggle training with family time.

It's not always easy to fit running into daily life, and everyone has their own struggles, some more serious than others. In the end we do it because it makes us stronger, healthier, happier people, for ourselves and our families.
