Here is a beautiful app from JWT Lisbon that helps to focus attention for one minute of meditation on something meaningful to you. 

I tried it, typing in "Nelson Mandela," and think, in addition to its primary function, it also drives home what it feels like to spend one minute focussed on a browser window. So when we think of time spent metrics, and someone being focussed on our content, this app requires the type of focus that, I think, would be meaningful and valuable to a brand,​ (as opposed to what I wrote about in my blog post Actions Speak Louder than "Time Spent"), because the app requires both action + time from the user.
