Kale & Quinoa
It's no secret that I love junk food. It also isn't a secret that I love a good salad! After all the Halloween candy last night, munching on this delicious kale and quinoa salad was a great refresh-reset type of meal! Accompanied by Buddha's Brew kombucha (...

Can you help me rappel down an 8 story building to raise money for the Reynolds Cancer Support House? Even just $5 helps!!!
Click this link to donate!

Only 27 days left until I rappel down an 8 story building! I need to raise $1,000 and I'm currently at $735!
WHY am I doing this? The Donald W. Reynolds Cancer Support House provides help for cancer patients and their families right here in Fort Smith and our surrounding communities. There is a salon where women going through chemo can go spend as long as they like finding the perfect wig that makes them feel beautiful, or a hat, or turban. The Support House provides gas cards to patients that have to travel in and out of FS for treatment. The Support House provides support groups for people in different phases of treatment, or recovery. The Support House has Kids Kicking Cancer, an incredible group for children that have been diagnosed or perhaps a parent or sibling has been and they need that space to just "be," and focus on something maybe fun or light hearted for that bit of time that they're in the group. The Support House provides nutritional supplements like Boost or Ensure to patients that are going through treatment and are too sick to eat. I could go on and on. The services provided are incredible, an asset to our community.
The Support House receives no state or federal funding, so everything that our patients receive is because of fundraisers like Survivors Challenge and Over The Edge. When you see me, terrified, step over the edge of First National Bank- now you know WHY. Can you help?
