21 Day Carb Cycling Transformation Challenge

Join us as we commit to staying fit during the busy holiday season.

Many of our members found great success with the Keto diet and have worked hard to maintain their nutrition and exercise habits.
Our goal at Kamba Fit is to continually provide opportunities for our members to live a healthy lifestyle that is maintainable. Beginning after Thanksgiving we will be doing a 21 Day carb cycling challenge.

This is a 3 week 21-day Transformation Challenge. The challenge is split into 3 phases.

Phase 1: Low Carb
Phase 2: Add Back Carbs to Choose the Protocol from Phase 1 & 2


The program is EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE and is a great way to bridge over from the Keto diet while learning how to effectively include carbs into your diet.

Transformation Winners are eligible for ONE MONTH FREE of unlimited classes!

*Must attend class at least 3 times a week to be prize eligible.
