Since comments are disabled on your post, I will respond here, regarding complaints about those who are breaking the Google+ Content and Conduct policies.

Instead of carrying complaints, about other users, into this community, please note that everyone who is having problems with other users, on Google+, should consider the following strategies. There is no advantage to reporting in this community.

* stop interacting with other users who are disturbing you
* stop creating and participating in campaigns to retaliate against those users (many of these instances also appear to exhibit hate speech, harrassment and bullying)
* report posts/comments that break the User Content and Conduct Policies
* report and/or delete comments from their own posts, where others are making inflammatory statements, or discussing inflammatory statements made by another user
* Report the offending profiles or pages, if they are breaking User Content and Conduct Policies
* Block the offending users

Policies for Google+, Hangouts & Photos
https://www.google.com/intl/en-US/+/policy/content.html

All of those concerned with abusive users on Google+ should be encouraged to be familiar with and utilize the following resources.

How to Stop Harassment and Bullying on Google+

Report spam, abuse or inappropriate content

Block someone
https://support.google.com/plus/answer/10479

Your reports should be focused on those specific posts or comments that are in violation of the User Content and Conduct Policies. This needs to be done, in addition to reporting and blocking any profiles or pages that are violating those policies.

Please refrain from initiating and participating in campaigns against other users, as it can also put you at risk of suspension.

Since I can't see your Posts tab at all, it appears that your audience restrictions may be preventing others from seeing (or responding to) your posts.

You may need to modify those settings so that others can respond.

Your other post still can't be responded to.
Could you check the other two settings I mentioned on the settings page.
For maximum engagement they should also be set to anyone. Otherwise we can't respond to people in the community to answer your questions.

Recovery process for deleted Google+ Pages

Have you  ever resisted deleting a Google+ page because you were afraid you would delete the wrong one?  Well ... now there is a recovery option that may put your mind at ease.  (Manage deleted pages)

Many of us have the following questions.   What additional questions do you have?

* Is the feature only available to the Page Owner?
* How long does the page remain recoverable?
* Does this apply to pages that were deleted prior to the feature becoming available?

Thanks to +Mike Blumenthal for the write-up and screen captures.

h/t to +Kaleh Kohler for spotting this new Google My Business feature to recover Plus Pages that have been deleted.

Google+ Profile Names Policy Changes
Struggled with the idiosyncrasies of the Google+ Profile Names Policies over the years?  Take a look at the new and improved version!

Note: With very few exceptions there are no more restrictions on what name you can use

Create or change your Google+ profile name

Add a nickname or other name to your Google+ profile

When we launched Google+ over three years ago, we had a lot of restrictions on what name you could use on your profile. This helped create a community made up of real people, but it also excluded a number of people who wanted to be part of it without using their real names.

Over the years, as Google+ grew and its community became established, we steadily opened up this policy, from allowing +Page owners to use any name of their choosing to letting YouTube users bring their usernames into Google+. Today, we are taking the last step: there are no more restrictions on what name you can use.

We know you've been calling for this change for a while. We know that our names policy has been unclear, and this has led to some unnecessarily difficult experiences for some of our users. For this we apologize, and we hope that today's change is a step toward making Google+ the welcoming and inclusive place that we want it to be. Thank you for expressing your opinions so passionately, and thanks for continuing to make Google+ the thoughtful community that it is.

Switch your Local/Places page to a Brand/Company Page
Businesses have been asking, for ages, to be able to convert their non-local business page (brand or company page) to their Local/Places Page.

Up until today, we have had to tell them that the page types couldn't be changed.

Finally, Google has come through for you.  You can now connect your verified local page to your non-local brand/company page, switching the page types of the two pages.

Your brand/company page (and its posts, circles and followers) can become a local verified page, and you can choose to delete what used to be the local verified page.

Please see the following post in the Google and Your Business Help Forum and the related Help Center Article.  If you have questions about the process, you can seek assistance/clarification in the Google and Your Business Help Forum.

+Scot Rein I am not able to respond to your post, so I am responding in a new post.

A community without an owner, cannot be deleted. It is my understanding that if everyone left the Community, Google would eventually remove it.

I don't know how long it would take for Google to take it down, if they determine it is inappropriate.

+marina caraballo I cannot respond to your post, because you seem to have your audience settings restricted to only yourself or limited people.

There are limited Google products that provide live phone support. Google+ does not provide phone support.
If you have an issue with Google+, enable your audience settings and let us know more details, so someone can help you.

Trouble changing your Profile image?

Up until recently, some users were able to resolve this issue by using the Desktop instructions that +Luiz Fernando has provided, below.

However, some users are no longer able to use the Desktop solution.  The good news is that you may be able to do so from an Android or iOS device, instead.

Having trouble changing your profile photo?

If you are having problems when trying to change your Google+ profile photo, follow these instructions:

Desktop
Upload the photo that you want to make your profile photo to another album, then visit the page of this photo, tag yourself in the photo and click the profile icon at the top right of the page.

Android
Open the Photos app, visit one of your photos, toch the three dots menu in the top right corner, select the option "Set as" and then "Profile Photo".

iOS
Open the Google+ app, touch the menu icon at the top left and select Photos. Then touch the photo you want to make your profile photo, touch gear icon in the top right corner, select the option "Set as" and then "Profile photo".
