Alright, I’m going on a limb right here and declaring that wild caught salmon is hands down my favorite protein source in the history of the Universe.

Yes. You read me right. The history of the UNIVERSE.

I’m talking healthy fats from omega-3’s. I’m saying high protein to help with satiation and repairing muscles after a hard workout.

If you’re tired of chicken then todays recipe is for you.
Salmon is one of the most popular fish for a reason. In addition to its delicious taste, it is low in calories and has many of health benefits. Due to the high content of omega-3 fatty acids and trans-fatty acids salmon helps prevent cancer, heart disease and type 2 diabetes The fresh and vibrant salsa makes the dish not only exceptionally tasty, but also adds plenty of beneficial nutrients.

Do you even lift bro?

When I first met Ami we had a discussion about why he wasn’t currently resistance training. He said he wasn’t sure where to get started, what exercises would be best to help him reach his goals, and that he was finding it difficult to find time between a full-time job and his duties as a husband and father.

When I finished high school way back in 99’, I was all done playing baseball but wanted to stay active and in shape. Like Ami, I had never worked out before and had no clue what to do. I was so confused about where I should start.

In todays article I’ll be removing confusion about how to start resistance training and discussing strategies used by Ami, myself, and others to make resistance training a consistent habit.
